Convoy Supply is a distributor of building products throughout the US and Canada with Corporate offices in Vancouver, BC. We are currently hiring for the position of Office assistant in our Eugene, Oregon branch.
Looking for the right person to work as an office administrative professional in a small branch environment. Needs the ability to multi-task, but primary duties include but are not limited to assuring all branch administrative procedures are adhered to in a timely manner. The duties include, daily cash out, month end, receiving product paperwork, answering phones, and other various corporate duties involving daily and monthly requirements. The ability to multitask and learn new skills is a plus. Ability to work at the front counter and assist in order entry and provide positive customer interaction.
This is a unique opportunity for someone comfortable in the construction business and has some knowledge of wholesale distribution
