Brian Niswander

Brian is the founder of which provides unique insights and lessons learned about the military-to-civilian transition process. After studying the process for over a decade, he realized that service members continue to make the same mistakes as those who’ve gone before them. Using an on-line survey, he’s gathering and sharing data, success stories, and obstacles that service members, veterans, families and employers can utilize. His interactive database allows key information to be searched based upon military branch, rank, education, years of service, specialty/career field, age and gender. Brian is an Air Force active duty veteran and reservist that has worked with service members in both the public and private sector. He’s a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
